UPDATE-CAPITAL CAMPAIGN:
The NEW total collected is $139,750.90 for the Capital campaign. We continue to work towards our goal of $200,000. Thank you for your continued generosity and support to our church.
SANCTUARY CANDLE REQUEST:
The sanctuary candle request sheet for 2024 is on the back table in the church. Cost remains $10 per candle. Please call Paula @ (330) 799-5983 for any requests. Money can be deposited in the weekend collection.
LITURGICAL REQUESTS:
We have not been receiving liturgical requests. Please send your liturgical request envelopes into the collection basket or call Paula Slemons.
SAVE THE DATE:
Sts. Peter & Paul BCC in Warren, Ohio will host a one-day retreat on Saturday, December 7th from 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM. BLESSING OF VETERANS:
Fr. Michael will be blessing all Veterans following liturgies this weekend in honor of Veterans Day this past week. We thank all our Veterans for their service. May God blessed all of you with health, happiness and many blessed years!
RAFFLE TICKETS:
We are selling raffle tickets for the annual St. Nicholas Celebration for the benefit of the Byzantine Catholic Seminary of Saints Cyril & Methodius. The celebration is planned for Sunday, December 8th. The winning numbers will be based on the PA Lottery Evening Pick 3 drawn on Monday-Wednesday, December 9, 10, & 11, 2024 with cash prizes totalling $2000. Please see Father Michael for tickets.
CHRISTMAS PARTY:
All parishioners and children are invited to a combine parish Christmas Party on December 15th @ 5:00 pm at the Holiday Inn in Boardman. Cost is $26 all-inclusive except for cash bar with choices of Beef Burgundy, Chicken Marsala or Baked White Fish. The children’s meal is chicken fingers and French fries for a cost of $12.95. Please make checks out to Byzantine Social Club. There is a sign-up sheet in the vestibule. Deadline to sign up is December 1st. We hope to see you there to celebrate the Christmas Season.
